Return and Exchanges
Once payment is processed, all sales are final. Please note our "NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE" POLICY for incorrect sizes. Make sure to check our size chart and catalog when selecting your size. We can only replace items if we've mistakenly shipped the wrong item/size or if there are proven production damages. If you seek a refund or exchange due to production damage, you must provide an unboxing video from the day you received the package and email us info@apegrapplers.com. We'll review and address any issues promptly. Please allow 7 business days for return/exchange requests to be processed.
